Pleasant Valley Farm has
built a clientele for its meat in the Black Hills region. We
started our cross breeding program to meet the increased demand for
more and better quality goat meat along with assisting new producers
in our area. Goat meat is very healthy, tasty, and perfect for
the Farm to Table concept. Our regular clientele range from
people who grew up eating goat along with many mainstream customers
looking for a sustainable protein source raised on the farm.
We sell to many restaurants in the area. All of our meat is
custom cut at a state inspected facility. Our prices range from
$2.75 to $8.00 per pound.
